History
Originally built in 1926 as Alden Park Manor. Designed by the architect Harold Field Kellogg and the engineering firm K.M. DeVos Co. as a large full-service apartment property with hotel amenities such as a dining room, ballroom, room service, hair salon, and more. This grand property was converted to condominiums in 2006 and renovated between 2006 and 2010.
